15 years in tech. I was president of a software company, scaling from startup to selling product in 10 countries. I understand how technology really gets adopted in organizations and why it often doesn't.
11+ years as a career strategist. Before AI, I helped hundreds of professionals navigate career transitions and find work that matched their strengths. I know what makes people thrive and engage versus just survive at work.
Certified AI specialist. I've spent hundreds of hours generative AI and workflow automation. But more importantly, I've learned how to teach these skills in ways that stick.
Calgary-based, globally available. I work with local businesses in person and coach individuals and teams worldwide.
